The agricultural companies of the municipality of Ciénaga Magdalena represent an important sector of the economy of this territory. Many of them are dedicated to exporting and incorporate innovation activities into their processes to be able to produce or market their products, managing to be competitive at a local, regional and national level. However, the good practices that are developed within their organizations are not replicated by other companies in the same sector, such as taking advantage of the transfer of knowledge to improve organizational processes in order to be more competitive and contribute to the economic development of the municipality.
