This research refers to the importance of generating public value through the strategic direction dimension of the integrated MIPG planning and management model adopted by territorial entities, case: San Marcos. This research has the purpose of analyzing the generation of public value in territorial administrations with respect to the application of the strategic direction dimension of the integrated planning and management model, Case: San Marcos, establishing an evaluation of the problem from the characterization of the application of the strategic direction dimension of the Integrated Planning and Management Model in the territorial administration of the Municipality of San Marcos. Likewise, it describes the current state of the elements that have generated value in said territorial entity, ending with the proposal of courses of action for an optimal application of the strategic direction dimension of the Integrated Planning and Management Model that guarantees the quality of the services that the territorial administration provides efficiently to citizens.
