Knowing the environment in which a company operates, as well as its responsible practices, financial situation and performance, implies carrying out an organizational, market, social responsibility, socioeconomic and financial analysis on a permanent basis. This article analyzes the socioeconomic-financial panorama of an accounting and tax consulting company in Ecuador. The study is a mixed, non-experimental, longitudinal design, with a descriptive-documentary and field level of research. The quantitative sources of information are secondary and for qualitative development, a semi-structured interview was prepared for the administrative management of the company. The chosen company belongs to the services sector, specifically accounting and tax consulting. It is concluded that the company has an efficient and adaptable structure that allows the company to respond to constant changes in the tax and business environment; it operates in a competitive environment, despite this, it has managed to stand out through a personalized approach and competitive rates, which has strengthened its positioning. From the perspective of ethics and corporate social responsibility, the company demonstrates a strong commitment to the principles of sustainability and equity. In the socioeconomic analysis, it is concluded that the company faces challenges arising from an unstable political and economic environment, characterized by variable tax reforms. Finally, the financial analysis shows a notable improvement in the company's profitability, reflected in an increase in revenues and a reduction in dependence on external financing. However, the increase in certain operating costs suggests the need to further optimize internal processes to maintain its sustainability and competitiveness in the long term
