This inaugural issue begins with the presentation of the Mundo Financiero Magazine of the Indecsar Group, an academic space to publish scientific research in the disciplines of Economics, Accounting, Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Trade, Business Management, Finance, Sociology, among other analogous disciplines. . It also includes four scientific articles from the financial, labor and public administration areas, in countries such as Colombia, Venezuela and Bolivia. The articles are: investment activities in science, technology and innovation in hardware merchandising companies; investment management in inflationary scenarios in construction companies in the oil sector; state contracting in Colombia within the framework of Law 80 of 1993; and the control of public administration and the price of corruption in Bolivia.
