Currently they are experimenting with so-called digital assets and their negotiations, in most cases with cryptocurrencies, so it has been interesting to describe the digital market and its operation through digital assets. Methodologically, it is classified as a descriptive study, with a qualitative, documentary approach because it focuses on a literary review and the news spectrum referring to the subject, attending the theoretical postulates of Sánchez & Sandulli (2007), Herrera (2021), Caporroso (2021), among others. The research starts from the idea that the asset is an element that provides important information about the economic-financial situation of businesses, finding that the digital market monopolizes more relevance in transactions with digital assets such as cryptoartes and cryptocurrencies, opening up new forms of marketing that traditionally is impossible to develop by legal or natural persons. It is concluded that the digital market, through this type of assets, becomes more relevant in the world contributing to the economies of different localities. Likewise, it is recommended that individuals and organizations venture into the new digital market and the opportunities it offers with the commercialization of digital goods as an alternative to diversify their businesses and therefore income.
