This issue presents editorial information about the types of scientific and academic products that Mundo Financiero Journal accepts, reviews, and publishes. It includes five original research articles on various areas of economics, administration, sociology and finance, among which are: elites of the Economic Power; leadership and commitment of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca; knowledge management and the need for effective qualification of employees of the business system; local economic development planning for Puebloviejo in Magdalena; and hedge funds and financial value in vehicle telemetry companies. Additionally, three active research projects are included, assigned to the Business Management and Competitiveness Research Group of the National Institute of Professional Technical Training "Humberto Velásquez García", Colombia, namely, the management model of social responsibility in MSMEs of the department of Magdalena ; business continuity in the face of the COVID-19 health emergency of survival ventures promoted by Fundemicromag and its allies; and planning of local economic development in Puebloviejo, Magdalena.
