The sudden appearance of the COVID 19 pandemic has generated profound social and economic changes, so companies have been forced to review their business models to ensure the continuity of their operations. This article analyzes the operational management during the COVID 19 health emergency at the company Ferro eléctricos el Buen Maestro in the city of Sincelejo. This is a descriptive, field study, with a not experimental design. It was initially developed from documentary research, through a process of collecting, organizing and interpreting information on the results of other research; theoretical reflections of scientific articles; and institutional and business reports carried out in Latin America and the Caribbean, in order to reflect on the circumstances faced by Colombian companies in the environment that today dominates the COVID 19 pandemic. Then, a questionnaire with Likert type scale was used as a data collection technique, applied to two reporting subjects of the company under study. The results show that the company Ferro Electric, the Good Teacher, you have a tendency to generate changes through its organizational restructuring, activities corresponding to its cycle of operations, evaluate its financial cycle, and reduce costs; it is concluded that it has not paid due attention to the implementation of innovation strategies in their products and services; not even in the midst of a health emergency as caused by the presence of the coronavirus.
