Abstract

New technologies that use artificial intelligence algorithms are incorporated into people's routines to facilitate and streamline their daily activities. One of the most common uses is the generation of new creations through algorithms; for example, music, images, videos, writings, among others. In this editorial note, information regarding the intellectual protection of inventions using artificial intelligence is explained
